Pancho’s Burritos, Mexican street food restaurant pulls in new diners with its fascinating custom food counter as seen below.

The servery and layout of units in Pancho’s was key to addressing the issue of high footfall and our customer service expert was able to advise Victor who installed the countertops. The current design now maximises customer flow even at very busy times.”
PROJECT DETAILS: The requirement was to provide a purpose built servery counter for the display of freshly cooked/prepared ingredients for Burrito make up. Being a high throughput operation it was essential that a durable but attractive and practical counter was provided.
Victor installed a Large heated wet well Bains Marie unit from our Synergy Range. Our part was played to give the clearest view of the wonderful fresh food on display. We also helped Pancho’s keep its salads and chilled foods well within the EHO requirements with our very own blown air refrigerated salad well.
And so once again, we are happy to announce yet another addition of custom counter installations to compliment our enviable portfolio of bespoke fabrications.
