Training College Replacement counter in an existing training centre of a large organisation. The installation consists of four main areas; chef’s theatre, hot main meals, deserts and a salad bar. Care Principles To ease the operational difficulties of distributing meals to over 80 people in 10 different houses set in 20 acres of land, Victor adapted its popular ambassador serving trolleys to enable them to be connected together and towed by a motorised tug.

Yorkshire Building Society The counter is finished in Maple wood laminate with stainless steel arm curved glass gantry, with 30mm black granite work top inlayed with stainless steel tray runners. Bespoke glass and granite feature at the tray pick up points.
This install was completed over a weekend allowing staff to be served on Friday lunch from the old counter and Monday breakfast from the new one.

Regents College Victor’s counter is in three sections, a hot counter for main courses, a theatre area featuring hot and cold units and a beverage and soup section, and finally, a centrally-sited refrigerated section housing the salad bar.

Landau College A major restaurant refurbishment at Landau Forte College. The College, which is close to Derby City Centre, opened in 1992 as the 14th City Technology College in England.
With over a 1000 students on site it became obvious that the main dining area, after 19 years of hard service, had outgrown its usefulness and there were major problems with queues that needed resolving.
