Designed to maintain the temperature of hot food using an energy regulator controlled dry heat Bains Marie well, supplementing dimmer controlled quartz halogen heat lamps from above.
• Toughened curved glass sneeze screen and over shelf.
• Controls mounted in bright polished stainless steel light box.
• Operator changeable quartz halogen heat lamps.
• Accepts GN containers up to 65mm deep
• Designed for either assisted or self service.
• Supplied on four castors, 2 braked.
• Exteneded top to front allows for plate set down area.
• Removable decor panels and counter top to allow installation through single door access (Min 700mm wide)
