VICTOR’S COOL SYNERGY RANGE DISPLAYS TO ADVANTAGE
Victor, the UK caterers’ favourite food counter manufacturer, has honed its popular Synergy range, including the refrigerated ‘drop-in’ units for their multi tier display cabinets. Clever engineering means the products now use 50% less electricity than previously, thereby helping caterers to save money on day to day running costs and cut their carbon footprint at the same time. The products are also produced to higher specifications than before, making them one of the most advanced chilled displays on the market today.
Ten models make up the refrigerated range featuring blown air deck, drop-in well or deli units.
The Synergy DRMT multi tier refrigerated display units are available in 3 x GN1/1 size, 4 x GN1/1 size and 5 x GN1/1 size and run on ‘green’ R404a CFC-free refrigerant. The cabinets operate at temperatures between -1°C to + 5°C in Climate class 3 (25°C).
Additionally, Victor’s own testing has shown that Synergy DRMT multi-tier units will maintain core product temperature of pre-chilled food below + 5°C in ambient temperatures up to 27°C at 50% relative humidity.
