GREATER EFFICIENCY, GREENER RESULTS
Victor’s Synergy Enhancements
Victor ’s Synergy ‘drop-ins’, the working component units for foodservice counters, now boast greater energy efficiency and conform to the more exacting standards of EN ISO 23953-2, providing M1 cabinet class in climate class 3 environment of 25 degrees C in 60% humidity. Both refrigerated and heated models deliver energy efficient benefits, by reducing energy usage.
Installation and siting flexibility all benefit from the recent enhancements – an integral telescopic baffling arrangement allows for all venting configurations, without call to pre-specify; the modular design of the refrigeration system together with the use of expansion valves enables Synergy refrigerated units to be easily installed within remote systems.
The new heated wet or dry heat Bains Marie wells, are designed to suite with existing Synergy models. Available with or without gantries, the GN1/1 bains maries feature sealed stainless steel wells with drain off point to one side. By using precision laser cutting during manufacture the wells are constructed to slope towards the drain-off point, thus ensuring (if correctly installed) a more efficient water drain off.
The eight models in the newly configured Wet and Dry Heat Bains Marie Well range are supplied with remote control boxes to be mounted in a suitable place on the counter body. Standard units feature curved glass sneeze screen and over shelf with an independent energy regulator control on the bains marie. Both the heated Bains Maries and the refrigerated Salad Wells are manufactured in hygienic stainless steel and provide the caterer with a cost-effective method of developing a foodservice counter and simply dropping in the working components. The most popular models are available from stock, others within a 20 day lead time.
