The Ambassador range of HOTKOLD Food service trolleys combines Bains Marie, Hot Cupboard and chilled cupboard to provide a versatile trolley designed for mobile food service.
The lower sections can be either ambient or chilled using Victor Staykold Eutectic plates. A simple lightweight hygienic way to keep food chilled .HotKold & HotKold 500 models use 4 plates, HotKold Junior models use 3 plates
