Victor Deli Bars
A range of refrigerated & heated Deli bars comprising satin finish stainless steel surrounds, bright polished gantries, curved toughened glass front screens, glass side cheeks and mounted on a laminate finished wooden base unit.The units are supplied on four mini castors (two braked) for ease of positioning. With a choice of 120 laminate colours from the Combiline laminate range Victor Deli Bars are suitable for use in both retail and catering applications.
All units run from a 13 amp supply.

Refrigerated Units
Designed to maintain chilled food at a regulated pre-set temperature (between 3 & 5ºC) using blown air, these Deli’s work in ambient temperatures up to 27ºC. Units are illuminated using fluorescent tubes mounted in the top of the gantry. The controls are mounted to the rear on the top of the unit. To the back of the unit is a removable panel with air intake and outlet grills. All units have a self evaporating condense system.
Refrigerated Display Deli
GN1/1 compatible refrigerated display deck comprising of a blown air display, raised rear preparation shelf, superstructure and under slung compressor. The superstructure has fluorescent illumination, curved glass screen hinged at the bottom and secured at the top. Glass side cheeks are fitted to enclose the display to the front & sides. A 10mm thick glass ambient shelf is suspended from the gantry arms. This unit is designed for assisted service only. The Well is 100mm deep, the display can be inclined and adjusted to achieve optimum merchandising. Preparation shelf compatible with polyethylene cutting boards.

Heated Display Deli
A GN1/1 compatible heated 100mm deep well with a stainless steel base. One stainless steel mid shelf with quartz lights under providing additional heat to food below. A further set of quartz lights are mounted at the top of the gantry to provide heat to the food on the mid shelf. The base heat elements are controlled by a variable thermostat.The power to the heat lamps is adjusted by independent dimmer switches. The controls are mounted to the rear of the base of the unit.
