    What warranty does my product have?

    Victor Manufacturing products are built to meet the demands of the foodservice industry, and all products are supplied with parts and labour warranty as standard.

    Our product warranty begins on the date of purchase and all details are recorded within each customer’s account.

    The length of our standard warranty is 2 years and 1 year for the Maxiline/ECO+ ranges. Please note, warranty for offshore islands extends to parts only cover.

    To log a warranty call with Victor, provide:

    • Full customer address and contact (name and number)
    • Model and serial number of faulty equipment
    • Brief description of the reported fault
