April Employee of the Month: Paul Clingo

At Victor Manufacturing, support and recognition of our staff is very important. With this in mind, we recently launched our Employee of the Month award, to highlight the hard work and dedication of the people behind the scenes in our offices and factory. 

Congratulations to Paul Clingo, our April Employee of the Month.

Paul works as part of our Costa Coffee assembly team and was nominated by his colleagues in recognition of his commitment, reliability and the positive attitude he brings on a daily basis.

Paul was awarded a ‘Love2Shop’ gift voucher as a small token of our appreciation.

When presented with the award, Paul commented, “This scheme is a brilliant idea, and gives you a great morale boost knowing you are being recognised for doing a good job in the workplace.”
