- Double skin construction providing ‘cool wall’ exterior for safe & efficient operation
- One piece 304 stainless steel well can be used for wet or dry heat operation
- Raised lip to top with fixed notched positions for bridging bars
- Radius corners to stainless steel interior
- Rolled edge to top both sides
- Top hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps to front edge
- Fan assisted heated hot cupboard
- Recessed adjustable thermostat control
- Removable element tray for easy servicing
- Drain off to well with tap and 3/4BSP connection
- Digital temperature display
