- Double skin construction providing ‘cool wall’ exterior for safe & efficient operation
- Radius corners to stainless steel interior
- Rolled edge to top both sides
- Removable drop in units for easy servicing
- Individually controlled heated glass pads
- Top hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps to front edge
- Recessed independent adjustable thermostat controls to heated top and hot cupboard
- Digital temperature display
- Four x 100mm swivel castors two braked
- One removable shelf & support
- Top capacity: 2 x GN1.5/1 plus 1 x GN2/1 toughened glass pads
- Full GN1/1 gastronorm compatible
- Capacity: 72 x plated meals / 408 x 10″ plates
