- One piece 304 stainless steel well can be used wet or dry
- Sliding doors to both sides for pass through operation
- Top hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps to front edge
- Bain marie well can be used for wet or dry with slope to drain off point with tap and 3/4″ BSP connection
- Side mounted fan assisted heating module
- One removable shelf & support
- Rolled edge to top on operators side
- Radius corners to interior
- Raised lip to top with fixed notched positions for bridging bars
- Removable element tray for easy servicing
- Bain marie capacity: 3 x 1/1GN, 150mm (not included)
- Digital temperature display
- Four x 100mm swivel castors (two braked)
- Capacity: 46 x plated meals / 272 x 10″ plates
